A guided 60-minute virtual session co-hosted by Taylor Heaton and Sarah Taylor.

The session will include a brief exploration of neurodivergent holiday stressors followed by a guided meditation for relief and grounding. The session will wrap-up with an opportunity for some group members to share insights, if desired.

How do I sign up?

2 - You’ll receive an email with a link after payment has been made.

3 - Join the group on Google Meet at the appointed date and time. Please note, the date and time given here are in Pacific time (USA). You can check the local time of the meeting using time converter.
