Today I’m an intuitive energy healer and awakening trail guide, helping folks find their way back home. But years ago, I was an anxious, atheistic insomniac. Plus, I was an undiagnosed neurodivergent woman, having a hard time finding my place in the world.

So the idea of finding the “peace that passeth all understanding” was unthinkable! Simply wanting to get a better night’s sleep, and to be a little less angsty, I began seriously practicing Buddhism (Theravada, Mahayana, Dzogchen and Mahmudra). I took to the teachings immediately, and much to my surprise, began to undergo a series of profound and radical inner shifts known as nondual awakening. 

Around 2011 there was the first of several radical — and now, abiding — shifts in consciousness. At that time, I began spontaneously channeling a transmission that has been a catalyst for many people deepening on their spiritual path. This transmission has changed through the years. Especially as unity consciousness/oneness/nonduality — and what is beyond — eventually began unfolding.

And so the forms of what I offer continue to shift and change.

Today, the work I do seems to be a spark, an igniter, for people to turn inward and realize the radiance of their original, true nature - the light of your own being. The work is free of the rigid ideologies, but draws on — and is deeply supported by — the many great wisdom/enlightenment traditions, especially Buddhism.

When I work with you I use everything I have access to as a mystic. I intuitively tune in, channeling healing frequencies that can support you, and read your life path and energy field. I’ll give guidance, practices, pointers, and suggestions as needed. Every session and group is different!

I support and share from my own direct experience of awakening, the ongoing process of integrating and embodying this profound shift in consciousness, and in having worked with hundreds of people like yourself over the years. Spiritual seekers can assume awakening to be some sort of “finish line”, but we are continually evolving humans; always learning, growing, and finding our way as integral beings. It’s never ending, and we need kindred spirits —or noble friends — on the path.

This is especially true today.

As awakening began rocking my world, I couldn’t retreat into a cave or hilltop for years at a time. I was working and navigating a busy modern life; having a partner, friendships, working, paying bills, getting stuck in traffic, feeling all the feels. Maybe you are too?

Creatively, I have worn many hats as a singer, classic theatre actor, experimental theatre performer touring Europe; a storyteller, writer, award winning actor in film and TV (occasionally), and a stand up comedian performing at the top comedy clubs and touring with my own spiritual comedy show. I tend to not be crazy about the terms “spiritual teacher” and “healer”, as there are so many projections and misconceptions that come with it. I’m simply a light for your own light to blaze brighter. I’m a transmitter, or a tuning fork, helping you to recognize and remember your radiant being. And as a late diagnosed ND person (AuDHD), I want you to embrace all that you are.

There is an unshakable core of peace within you, that is you. It is your birthright.
